Banana Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup crushed bananas (we do like a little more bananas)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 375̊° F.

STEP 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas. Cream together.

STEP 3

Add flour and baking soda. Mix well until combined.

STEP 4

Pour mixture into well greased load pans.

STEP 5

Bake at 375° F for 55-60 minutes.
