Sutter Medical Center Of Santa Rosa Medical Office Building

As part of the new $284 million Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa complex, this 3-story, medical office building will house multiple healthcare tenants, including Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, Santa Rosa Surgery Center, Surgery Care Affiliates and Santa Rosa Orthopedics.

All development, leasing and financing is led by the Hammes Company. The medical office building achieves cutting-edge environmental standards, including CALGreen Tier 1 and LEED for Core & Shell criteria.                                               

Mechanical systems include rooftop-mounted units with DX cooling and hot water pre- heating coils, as well as full modulation power economizers. The base system is variable air volume with VAV boxes and hot water reheat coils. Exhaust is provided by centrifugal utility fans mounted on the roof. Plumbing design utilizes roof-mounted high-efficiency boilers, pumps and distribution piping. Domestic hot water is provided by a natural gas heater located on the 3rd floor.
