Yolo County Courthouse

This new 5-story, 160,000 SF facility replaces the out-dated and overcrowded Historic Woodland Courthouse and improves access to judicial services for the citizens of Yolo County by consolidating six courts in the county into one central location, allowing for enhanced, state-of-the-art operation.

The state-of-the-art facility includes 14 courtrooms with space for 2 additional courts, Jury Assembly space for 300, a basement Central Holding area, Clerk and Court Support office space, and a large public lobby with full security screening. This project is anticipated to receive LEED Gold certification.
