POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is fully in office.
The Marketing & Business Development Intern will support Capital Engineer’s Marketing team while gaining hands-on experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, the intern will contribute to a variety of marketing, communications, business development, and administrative initiatives while developing valuable professional skills and industry knowledge.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to marketing strategy, proposal development, social media, event coordination, business development research, and database management. The successful candidate will receive mentorship, take ownership of meaningful project tasks, and learn industry best practices, including emerging marketing technologies and AI tools.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. The Marketing & Business Development Intern will support proposal production, printing, binding, and shipping efforts; assist with social media content creation and website updates; maintain marketing materials, project descriptions, photography libraries, and marketing databases; support internal communications, newsletters, and company events; conduct research to identify project opportunities and business development leads; and so much more.
