Katriona McLean-Lucas

Katriona joined Capital in 2022, as its Office/HR Manager and leading the HR/Administrative Team. In 2024, she became its Director of Human Resources. With her MBA from Brandman University, and BA in Political Science from Chapman University, she brings a breadth of experience, which spans the fields of Government, Education, and Manufacturing. Within the context of Human Resources, Katriona leads with a commitment to serving others, continuous improvement, and an understanding that leadership is about offering structure, guidance, and integrity.
