Capital's professional foodservice consulting and design team work's with architects and owners as a member of their design team, assisting with the planning of commercial foodservice facilities and school culinary arts programs. We provide a full range of services including the development of foodservice concepts, design development, preparation of drawings, details, and specification for soliciting bids, and inspection of the finished installation in full Revit format. The design team is led by Art Davis who serves as the primary point of contact for all design, site coordination, and development requirements. In addition to coordinating the efforts of the team, Art directly supervises and approves all production specifications, drawings, and documents. As part of our services all projects are subject to a strict evaluation for building codes, sanitation codes, food operations, and traffic flow to achieve the best design for our client.
