Capital provided kitchen design services for the new Zephyr Lodge, the new mid-mountain restaurant at Northstar California located in Truckee. The 2-story building seats 500 guests indoors, with an elevated outdoor deck accommodating 280 guests. The building features reclaimed wood siding, and provides spectacular views of the Sierra Crest through its spacious windows.
Zephyr Lodge offers a full service kitchen, scramble style servery, restrooms and food storage areas. Kitchen equipment installed include a walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and beer system. Menu options include a Napa salad bar, gourmet pizza and specialty soups and sandwiches. The restaurant can be accessed by skiing or riding off the Tahoe Zephyr Express gondola.
