In addition to the associate program and project manager training, the firm hosts a myriad of “lunch and learns”
given by staff who may have recently returned from a conference, where they have picked up as information worth
sharing with the rest of the staff, or by manufacturer’s who come in to train or introduce product lines. We built a
training room designed to accommodate 20-30 staff and some presenters in a classroom format.
CECI has developed an internal training program labeled the University of Capital Engineering, where regular course
work is presented in a lecture style with handouts, homework and testing. The programs such as plumbing 101 and HVAC 101
consist of multiple sessions with a final exam. We give out certificates upon passing the course.
We also encourage out-of-house training and we have supported two of our managers in obtaining their masters degrees as
well as having sent almost our entire executive team through intensive management training.
We recognize that our staff is our greatest asset and CECI is all about saying thanks to individuals that go above and beyond

Capital Engineering prides itself in being in the forefront of innovation, that’s why we encourage our staff to participate
in workshops, seminars and special training sessions. We’ve even developed an in-house training and mentoring program--University of CECI.
